Join us for an essential and empowering talk on “A Muslim Girl’s Journey Through Adolescence” — a gentle and informative exploration of puberty, menstruation, emotional and physical changes, and female hygiene through an authentic Islamic lens.
This session is for girls aged 10 and above only, and will be held without parent attendance, in order to provide a comfortable and open learning environment.
The session aims to equip young girls with clarity, confidence, and practical guidance rooted in the teachings of our dīn. With a focus on modesty, well-being, and understanding the beauty of this natural transition, this talk offers a safe, respectful, and faith-centred space to learn and ask questions.
