Studying at Darul Arqam brings well-rounded opportunity to enrich one’s life and draw closer to Allah, not just by studying books but also by visiting lands rich in Islamic heritage, scholarship and culture, to bring a Traditional spiritual understanding of Islamic history and culture which simply can’t be taught through books!
Students of Darul Arqam and their families were fortunate to get the opportunity of visiting the city home to the esteemed spiritual, scholarly and poetic giant of the 13th Century, Maualana Jalal al-Din Rumi. Just prior to the onset of the pandemic, visiting Konya in February 2020 most certainly strengthened our community of wayfarers for the challenges of seclusion and isolation we would face in the year ahead!
