Ustadhah Jamila El Taeib

Ustadhah Jamila arrived from Benghazi in Libya where she graduated with a degree in chemistry. She then went on to work in high profile companies in Libya also working for an oil company for almost ten years before studying for a Master’s degree at Cardiff university in Wales.

Ustadhah then arrived in Leicester and worked at some inner city schools including Madani High School teaching Arabic language for year 11’s In preparation for GCSE Exams. Ustadhah Jamila is now a permanent member of staff teaching the Arabic language for children in Darul Arqam every Sunday (Arabic club) and also the nursery madrassa for the pre-school children’s nursery as well as the First Footsteps class for the under 4’s.
